No elevator access leads to a trek up the stairs, which could be cumbersome with luggage. The absence of a laundry facility is a hassle, although a laundromat is just two blocks away. Minimal air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm during peak summer heat, and a tiny fridge could've made a difference for drinks. Issues with cleanliness, such as bugs, could detract from the experience for some travelers.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially being able to take a stroll by the Arno River. It added a lovely touch to the evenings, with a nearby park offering street food options that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cozy atmosphere was a highlight. I even made a furry friend in the neighborhood cat that loved lounging in the lobby! This trip was all about soaking in the Italian culture and enjoying the local charm, and this place really helped with that experience.

the place has an unbearable stench of sewage, and mosquitoes buzzing around made my stay utterly dreadful. i expected a lavish upgrade or at least a complimentary bottle of water to soothe my discomfort, but alas, nothing. as much as i wished to love it, i just couldn't overcome these nuisances. oh, what a shame.

The stay was great! The air-conditioned room was comfortable and featured a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with all the essentials. Breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a wonderful start to the day. It’s also just a twenty-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Florence.

Surprisingly cozy stay!

For a 2-star place, this spot was a nice surprise! The room was tiny, but it blocked out the noise from the street and bar really well. WiFi was great for my work calls, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had some healthy options too! Only thing was, it's a bit far from the train station.

We enjoyed the cozy vibe and the little terrace for breakfast, which was perfect for our family, especially with our toddler. The staff took extra care of us, and being close to the river made evening strolls delightful.

My wife says that a kettle in the room would be great.

The location is fantastic, situated near the Arno River, making the short walk to main attractions enjoyable. The breakfast featured delightful Sicilian products, adding a nice local touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled, and some areas lacked cleanliness, which detracted from the overall experience. Hearing about others encountering bugs was disconcerting, and the lack of a laundry facility was inconvenient.

Had a great time with friends! The location made it easy for us to explore the city, and nearby cafes were awesome for snacks. We especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the convenience of having a private parking lot. Walking to different sights was a breeze, about 20 minutes to the heart of the city.

We had one rough night when the air conditioning just wasn't working right, and that made things pretty uncomfortable. It was a bit annoying given the heat outside.
